Brandon Redaja is the founder and lead instructor of NES CCW and Training LLC, a firearms training company dedicated to helping individuals become confident, responsible, and capable firearm owners. With a passion for education and safety, Brandon believes that anyone who owns a firearm should feel both confident and competent in their ability to protect themselves and their loved ones.

Brandon began his journey as a firearms instructor over 10 years ago, initially assisting his pastor with CCW classes. Through years of hands-on experience, mentorship, and continued learning, he developed a strong foundation in firearms instruction and safety. In 2024, he officially launched NES CCW and Training LLC to expand his reach and serve a broader community.

He offers a wide range of training courses, including basic and intermediate pistol instruction, children’s firearm safety, female-focused handgun courses, and security planning for houses of worship, including how to properly set up a firearm security detail. His teaching style emphasizes safety, practical skills, and real-world confidence, ensuring students leave training prepared and empowered.
